What to Expect After You Reach Out
For most inquiries we respond within one business day. Initial conversations are typically a 20–30 minute call where we learn about your organization, your current claims-editing setup, and what you are trying to improve. There is no obligation and no scripted sales pitch — we’d rather understand whether we are a good fit before either of us invests further time.
If a demonstration makes sense, the next step is usually a short scoping conversation where we identify a sample of your claims data, agree on a non-disclosure agreement, and schedule a working session. Demonstrations against real claim samples are typically more illuminating than canned product tours, and they give you a much clearer view of edit-by-edit results and potential recoveries.
For licensing or pricing questions, please indicate roughly your annual claim volume and your preferred deployment model. That allows us to provide useful information on a first call rather than asking you to wait for follow-up.
